At Olivia & Pearl, we’ve created the perfect blend of simplicity and speed to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. Once you’ve found the irresistible product, you can select your desired color and/or size and continue your journey through our store by clicking "Add to Cart." You have the freedom to keep shopping, knowing you can always return to your cart by clicking the cart icon at the top right. Please note that adding items to your cart does not reserve them.

When you’ve finished exploring and are ready to complete your order, navigate to the cart icon at the top right to view your Olivia & Pearl items. Here, you can adjust the quantities. Continue by clicking "Proceed to Checkout." You will then reach the payment page, where you can enter all your information in one place.

Note: Once your order is completed, it cannot be changed. Your order will be processed immediately so you can expect it as soon as possible.


Shipping - Free with Tracking

At Olivia & Pearl, we cover the shipping costs so you can enjoy free delivery.* All orders are sent with tracking, allowing you to follow your order via our order status page. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update.


Delivery Times - Efficient

We strive for fast delivery of our products. If you place an order on weekdays before 3:00 PM, we aim to process it the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, resulting in an average delivery time of 5 - 15 business days.

Home Delivery Refused / Undeliverable Post Office

If a parcel is not accepted or not collected from the post office, it is automatically returned to the supplier. In such cases, we are entitled to deduct €15 from the amount refunded to you.
