Payment Options in Our Online Shop

All prices for products sold via oliviapearljewels.com include VAT.

How can I pay in the online shop?

We offer several payment methods for your convenience. Olivia & Pearl accepts the following payment methods:

  • Payment via PayPal

How do I pay with a credit card?

You can pay for your order with international credit cards such as VISA, American Express, and MasterCard. Simply enter your credit card number, the exact name on the card, the expiration date, and the 3-digit CVC code on the payment page. All data is fully encrypted via SSL servers to protect it from third-party access. The amount will only be charged once the order is dispatched.

How do I pay with PayPal?

You can select PayPal as your payment method and log in to your PayPal account to confirm the payment. With PayPal, your financial information is always protected, and you can pay without entering your card details directly on our website.

Ordering

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, all completed orders are confirmed via email with an order confirmation.

What can I do if I have payment issues?

If you encounter payment issues even after adding products to your cart and creating an account, we recommend clearing your browser history. Then add the product to your cart again and retry the payment.

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellation is only possible by emailing us at info@oliviapearljewels.com before 5:00 PM on the same day the order was placed. Please include your name, order number, and order date. If your order is already being processed, you can only cancel by returning the package.


Service & Warranty

If a product shows a defect that was not visible at the time of purchase, you must report it within a reasonable timeframe after discovering it. If, in Olivia & Pearl's assessment, the product has a defect not caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or lack of maintenance, Olivia & Pearl will repair or replace the product within a reasonable timeframe.

If the product has been misused, modified, or maintained contrary to Olivia & Pearl's instructions, no right to repair, replacement, or compensation applies.

Please note that damage to the glass, strap, crown/stem, and battery is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. However, this does not affect the statutory warranty that consumers are entitled to.
